Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-10-01
This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. The short version: when you call, your call is routed through a call-tracking platform to an independent local tree-service provider, and we don't sell your information to unrelated marketers.
What we collect
- Call information: when you call the number on this site, the call-tracking platform records call details such as your phone number, the time and length of the call, your general location derived from your number, and the page you called from. Calls may be recorded for quality and dispute resolution, and you'll be told when a call is recorded where the law requires it.
- Approximate location, only if you ask for it: on the "near me" pages, the "use my location" button asks your browser for permission. If you allow it, your coordinates are rounded to about 1 km and sent to the U.S. Census Bureau's public geocoder to look up your state, county and city. We use the result to show local information and don't store the coordinates with anything that identifies you. You can skip the button and choose a state instead.
- Technical and attribution data: the page you arrived on, referring site, campaign parameters (like utm tags), device type, and similar technical details.
- Analytics: if analytics tools are enabled, they collect usage data through cookies or similar technologies.
How we use it
- To route your call to an independent tree-service company that indicates it serves your area.
- To prevent spam, fraud and abuse, and to resolve billing disputes with providers.
- To understand which pages and campaigns help people, and improve the site.
Who we share it with
The call-tracking and routing platform, and the independent tree-service provider your call reaches, receive your call information. Those providers are separate businesses with their own privacy practices. We also use service providers for hosting and, if enabled, analytics. We may disclose information when required by law.
We don't sell your information to marketers unrelated to your call.
Follow-up calls and texts
The provider you speak with may call or text you back about the job you called about. You can tell them to stop at any time, or reply STOP to texts.
Retention and your choices
We keep call records only as long as needed to route calls, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing. Use the contact page to make a request.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We'll update the date above when this policy changes.
